The Concorde2

Concorde2 is one of Brighton’s most iconic live‑music and club venues — a seafront institution known for its high‑energy gigs, late‑night events, and a uniquely gritty, atmospheric setting inside a converted Victorian shelter hall. It’s a favourite among Brighton locals for everything from indie and rock shows to drum & bass, trance, and eclectic club nights. With a capacity of 600, making it intimate enough for close‑up performances but big enough for serious energy. High‑tech sound and lighting, consistently praised for clarity and atmosphere. A diverse calendar: rock, indie, DnB, trance, funk & soul, tribute acts, and themed club nights.

Chalk

Chalk Club

Chalk is one of Brighton’s biggest and most active nightlife venues — a hybrid of a nightclub and live‑music space known for its huge main room, themed weekly nights, and regular electronic events. It sits right by the seafront and Brighton Pier, making it a central stop on a night out. Large, high‑energy venue with a big main room and mezzanine bar.

Chalk Live

Hosts weekly club nights like: Fat Poppadaddys - Secret Discotheque - Let’s Kill Disco.
Also runs one‑off events including electronic nights like Supercharged and queer nights like Polyglamorous. A young, mixed, student‑heavy crowd depending on the night. Music varies by event: indie, pop, disco, DnB, house, and occasional heavier electronic acts. Known for being busy, sweaty, and high‑energy — classic big‑room Brighton clubbing.

CHALK Brighton operates a casual dress code, allowing comfortable clothing suitable for dancing, though non-fashion sportswear, tracksuits, flip-flops, and steel-toe-capped boots are generally prohibited. The venue is often hot, so light clothing is recommended, alongside shoes you do not mind getting dirty.
